STORY: Saint Gabriel is mentioned in the Old and New Testaments. He is most well known for appearing to Mary and announcing the Incarnation – that Jesus would become man. We repeat his words in the Hail Mary prayer and rosary when we say “Hail, Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with you.” Gabriel also appeared to the prophet Daniel and Zechariah, the husband of Elizabeth.
